Is your pup a puppy, adult, or senior? 🐶🍖 It matters more than you think when it comes to food!
Puppies need higher protein and smaller kibble to fuel bone and muscle growth. Adults need a balanced protein-to-fat ratio to avoid packing on extra pounds. Seniors (7+) do better on lower-calorie formulas with joint support like glucosamine.
Breed size matters too - small breeds need tinier kibble than big dogs. And whenever you switch foods, do it gradually over 5-7 days by mixing old and new - sudden switches can upset tummies fast!
What are you feeding your dog these days? Anyone had a rough experience switching foods too quickly? 👇
