We often assume dogs are either happy or sad, but our pups feel stress too! 🐶 Common signals to watch for: lip-licking when there's no food around, yawning way more than usual, a tucked tail, panting when it isn't hot, or suddenly hiding in a corner and skipping meals.

When you spot these, lower your voice, give your dog a calm space of their own, and don't force them toward whatever is spooking them. A slow sniff-walk where they get to explore at their own pace works wonders for releasing tension. Patience and a steady daily routine really are the magic combo.

What situation stresses your dog out the most? Got a go-to trick for calming them down? Share it with the group! 🐾
