Getting your face licked the second you walk through the door — every dog owner knows this feeling 🐶💦 It's rooted in instinct: puppies lick their mother's mouth to beg for food, and adult dogs keep the habit as an affectionate greeting (and maybe to "taste" where you've been all day). Licking also helps dogs relieve stress and strengthens the social bond with their humans. That said, nonstop licking can sometimes signal anxiety, so it's worth keeping an eye on.

🐾 Does your dog give you a face full of kisses every day? Do you find it adorable or a little too much?
