Lots of bird keepers forget about bath time, but a regular bath plus a little sun makes a feathered buddy noticeably happier and healthier! 🦜

Water bath: pop a shallow dish (about 1–2cm deep) of clean, room-temperature water into the cage in the morning and let your bird hop in on their own terms. Don't spray water straight at their face or force it, and there's no need for soap.

Sunning: give the cage 15–20 minutes of gentle early-morning sun, but always leave a shaded corner so your bird can escape the heat. Morning light supports vitamin D and keeps feathers glossy. Skip harsh midday sun and cold drafts.

Is your bird a bath addict or a bath hater? How many times a week does yours bathe? 🐤
