Looking for a stunning pet that does not need a lot of space but still has tons of personality? Betta fish might just be it! 🐠 With their flowing, colorful fins and famously feisty attitude (two males absolutely cannot share a tank), bettas are one of the most fun fish for beginner aquarium keepers.

A few tips: even though bettas tolerate low-oxygen water better than most fish, aim for at least a 3-4 gallon tank with a heater to keep the temperature steady around 76-80F, and do regular partial water changes to keep your fish healthy and vibrant.
