Tiny as they are, hamsters can run for miles in a single night! 🐹🏃

In the wild they cover a lot of ground foraging, so at home a good wheel is a must: 🎡 big enough that their back stays straight while running (around 8 in for dwarf hamsters, 11 in or more for Syrians), 🎡 a solid running surface with no gaps that can catch little feet, 🎡 sturdy and quiet so the whole house can still sleep.

Beyond the wheel, scatter-feeding and adding tunnels and hideouts keeps them active and less stressed too! 💛
