Fast asleep, then suddenly BOOM - your cat is sprinting laps around the house like it's the Grand Prix! 🐱💨

This is called the "zoomies," and it's totally normal, especially in cats under 2. It usually happens because cats nap so much during the day they've got pent-up energy to burn, their wild instincts kick in around dusk and nighttime (classic hunting hours), or sometimes... they're just riding a post-litter-box high 😆

To help calm the chaos: play with an interactive toy in the evening before bedtime to burn off that energy, and feeding a slightly later dinner can help them settle into a deeper sleep.

Does your cat lose it at random hours too? How do you deal with it? 👇
